Současná důchodová reforma počítá se zvyšováním důchodového věku. Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnat střední délku života s věkem odchodu do důchodu ve vybraných evropských státech. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je teoretická a je zaměřená na bližší charakteristiku aktuální situace v Evropě z hlediska důchodové reformy. Zároveň vysvětluje pojmy používané v souvislosti s hranicí odchodu do důchodu. Druhá část je analytická. Zde jsou porovnány hodnoty střední délky života, věkové hranice odchodu do důchodu a zdravé délky života. Důraz je kladen na délku pobírání starobního důchodu. The current pension reform is expected to increase retirement age. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to compare the life expectancy with age of retirement in selected European countries.This bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and is focused on characterization of the current situation in Europe in terms of pension reform. It also explains terms used in connection with age of retirement. The second part is analytical. In this part life expectancy, age of retirement and healthy life expectancy are compared. It is focused on the length of receiving of an old-age pension.
