Diplomová práce se zaměřuje nejen na pojištění cestovních kanceláří proti úpadku jako takové, ale hlavně na problémy, které na českém pojistném trhu v této souvislosti vznikají. Jedná se především o mezery v zákoně 159/1999 sb., který by měl být v dalších letech novelizován. Práce má na tyto potíže upozornit, zhodnotit je a najít jejich řešení, případně i viníka této špatné situace. Nedostatky jsou zkoumány z několika pohledů, a to ze strany cestovních kanceláří, pojišťoven, Ministerstva pro místní rozvoj, ale i z pohledu klientů cestovních kanceláří. This diploma thesis focuses on insurance against failure of travel agencies, more precisely on the problems aroused on the Czech insurance market. The main problem is a gap in the law 159/1999 Coll., which should be amended in the future. However, this thesis should highlight these problems, assess them and find a sufficient solution to them, or eventually, find someone responsible for this situation. Shortcomings are investigated from several perspectives - from the point of view of the travel agencies, insurance companies, Ministry of Regional Development as well as from the point of view of the clients of these travel agencies.
