Tato práce se zabývá dopady novelizace Zákona o loteriích a jiných podobných hrách účinné od roku 2012 na provozovatele kursového sázení, státní rozpočet České republiky a financování českého sportu. Dále rozebírá problematiku poskytování přeshraničních služeb hazardních her v rámci EU a zkoumá soulad stávající české legislativy s právem EU. Závěrem navrhuje řešení zjištěných nedostatků. This thesis deals with the impacts of amendments of Act on Lotteries and Other Like Games effective since 2012 on sports betting operators, state budget of the Czech Republic and funding of Czech sport. Furthermore, this paper analyses the issue of cross-border provision of gambling services in the EU and examines the compliance of Czech regulatory framework with EU law. Finally, it proposes solutions to identified weaknesses.
