Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou Operačního programu Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost a blíže zkoumá efektivitu vynaložených financí na tento program. Práce se vztahuje na aplikaci programu ve společnosti PI CZ, s.r.o.. V teoretické části je popsán mechanismus fungování strukturálních fondů, prostřednictvím kterých Česká republika čerpá finanční prostředky z EU a celé strukturální politiky EU. Praktická část práce obsahuje vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, jež bylo provedeno mezi účastníky programu Operační program Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost v dané společnosti. V závěru jsou diskutovány dosažené výsledky průzkumu a dále jsou navržena taková řešení, která by napomohla zefektivnit čerpání prostředků z fondů EU v dané společnosti. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme and the efficiency of finances appropriated to it. The thesis deals specifically with the application of the programme at the company PI CZ, s.r.o. The theoretical part describes the mechanism and functioning of European Union Structural Funds throught which the Czech Republic utilizes funds and the structural policy of the European Union as a whole. The practical part of the thesis includes the evaluation of a questionnaire which was conducted with participants of the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme in the aforementioned company. The thesis is concluded by a discussion of the results obtained from the questionnaire and possible solutions are suggested which would improve the efficiency of finances utilized from EU funds in the company of interest.
