Tato práce se zabývá měnovým trhem FOREX a měnovými opčními strategiemi. Cílem práce je analyzovat možnosti podniků, které se chtějí pomocí derivátů zajistit vůči měnovému riziku. Práce začíná charakteristikou měnového trhu, vysvětlením mechanizmu jeho fungování a principu opčních strategií. V první části uvedu jedny z nejdůležitějších událostí, které měnový trh zformulovaly do podoby, se kterou se můžeme dnes setkat. Následovat bude samotný mechanizmus obchodování na měnovém trhu, charakteristika účastníků trhu a obchodní seance a také příčiny dlouhodobých a krátkodobých pohybů kurzu měnových párů. Navazovat bude vysvětlení technické analýzy. V další části dojde k charakteristice a vymezení opcí. Jádro bakalářské práce představuje detailní vysvětlení a aplikace samotných opčních strategiích včetně jejich grafické interpretace. This thesis deals with currency market FOREX and currency option strategies. The aim is to analyze possibilities of companies that want to hedge against currency risk with the financial derivatives. In the beginning of the thesis there is a characteristics of a currency market, explanation of how it works and principals of option strategies. In the first part I will state the most important events that formed the market how it is today. Followed by the mechanism of trading on the currency market, characteristics of the participants of the market and trading session and also causes of the long-term and short-term movements of exchange rates on the currency market. Continued by explanation of the technical analysis. In the next part there is a characteristics and definition of options. The point of the bachelor s thesis consist of detailed explanation and application of option strategies including their graphical interpretation.
