Uvádějí se základní pojmy /časový interval, časová stupnice, synchronizace atd./, s nimiž se setkáváme v metrologii času a frekvence. Hlavní pozornost je věnována frekvenční stabilitě. Popsány jsou rovněž metody přesného časového transferu použitelné na území ČR /GPS, dlouhovlnné vysílání DCF, internet/. Basic concepts such as time interval, time scale and synchronization encountered in metrology of time and frequency are introduced. Attention is paid to frequency staility. Also described are the methods of accurate time transfer applicable in the territory of the Czech Republic /GPS, DCF long-wave transmission, internet/.
