V této diplomové práci se v první části budu zabývat vytvořením podnikatelského plánu k internetovému obchodu s módou. Tzn., že sepíši charakteristiku podnikatelské příležitosti, stanovím si cíl podnikatelského záměru, provedu analýzu trhu i konkurence a vytvořím marketingový i finanční plán společně s časovým harmonogramem realizace projektu. Druhá polovina této práce pak bude zaměřena na právní stránku věci. Vymezím tedy práva a povinnosti při zakládání elektronického obchodu, zmíním se o ochraně spotřebitele dle současných právních předpisů a především rozepíši mezinárodní spolupráci se zahraničími dodavateli. In this diploma thesis at the first part I will discuss the creation of a business plan for an online store with fashion. This means that I will draft the characteristics of business opportunities, determine the objective of the business plan, analyze the market and competition and create marketing and financial plan together with a timetable for implementation of the project. The second part of this work will focus on the legal aspect of doing business online. So I define the rights and obligations for the establishment of electronic commerce, mention consumer protection according to current legislation and especially describe cooperation with foreign suppliers.
