Diplomová práce je zaměřena na tématiku spojenou s informačními systémy škol. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou uvedené aspekty nutné k porozumění části praktické. Jedná se o aspekty jako služba, proces, informační strategie a informační systémy určené pro školy. Praktická část navazuje na případovou studii zpracovanou na téma podpory IS/ITC pro Gymnázium Opatov. Tato případová studie je rozšířena o praktický průzkum provedený ve škole s cílem zjistit, jak uživatelé nově zavedený informační systém přijali a jak jsou s jeho využíváním spokojení. The master thesis is focused on the topic connected with school information systems. It is divided into theoretical and research parts. The theoretical part is connected with the research part because it brings facts and information necessary for its understanding. These aspects are service, process, information strategy and school information systems. The research part is based on the case study of IS/ICT support for the grammar school "Gymnázium Opatov". This case study is extended by the exploration done at this secondary school. The exploration was performed with the aim to find out how the new school information system was accepted by its users and how these users are satisfied with its daily application.
