Obsahem mé diplomové práce je posouzení mzdového systému ve společnosti XY. Teoretická část zobrazuje veškeré informace týkající se problematiky mezd. Popisuje postup od stanovení hrubé mzdy po výpočet mzdy čisté, která náleží zaměstnancům v každém podniku. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní společnost XY, která je v úvodu charakterizována a následně jsou popsány postupy a pravidla užívaná při řešení mezd zaměstnanců. Část své práce jsem věnovala Mezinárodním standardům účetního výkaznictví, které se týkají mezd, protože společnost XY se musí těmito standardy podle nařízení mateřské společnosti řídit. The main content of this thesis is the assessment of a payroll system in the company XY. The theoretical part depicts all information regarding salaries. It describes the process from determining gross and net salaries that are paid to employees of every company. The practical part focuses on a specific company -- XY. At first, the company XY is described in great detail. This part is followed by a description of the rules and regulations employed in the company's payroll system. Part of my thesis is devoted to the International Financial Reporting Standards concerned with wages of employees, because company XY is obliged to follow these rules.
