Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je empirické doloženie vzťahu medzi vývojom dlhodobého majetku a hlavnými formami vyjadrenia výkonov podniku za obdobie rokov 1995 až 2009. Analyzované boli všetky odvetvia okrem priemyslu podľa klasifikácie CZ -- NACE. Práca obsahuje aj zhodnotenie predpokladov na ktorých je postavený parametrický a Gordonov vzorec na výpočet pokračujúcej hodnoty. Výstupom práce je odporúčaný postup odhadu investícií a alternatívny postup výpočtu pokračujúcej hodnoty v druhej fáze v rámci ocenenia podniku. Práca sa venuje taktiež posúdeniu citlivosti odvetví na konjunktúru, keďže rast hrubého domáceho produktu býva často považovaný ako smerodajný pri plánovaní tempa rastu odvetví a podnikov g do budúcna. Předmětem této diplomové práce je empirické doložení vztahu mezi vývojem dlouhodobého majetku a hlavními formami vyjádření výkonů podniku za období let 1995 až 2009. Analyzována byla všechna odvětví kromě průmyslu dle klasifikace CZ -- NACE. Práce obsahuje také zhodnocení předpokladů, na kterých je postaven parametrický a Gordonův vzorec na výpočet pokračující hodnoty. Výstupem práce je doporučený postup odhadu investic a alternativní postup výpočtu pokračující hodnoty v druhé fázi v rámci ocenění podniku. Práce se věnuje také posouzení citlivosti odvětví na konjunkturu, jelikož rast hrubého domácího produktu bývá často považován jako směrodajný při plánování tempa rastu odvětví a podniků g do budoucna. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the long-term relationship between the value of the fixed assets and the output of the selected economic activities for the period of the years 1995 and 2009. All economic activities except the industrial ones were selected for the analysis. The thesis contains also evaluation of the assumption of the parametric and Gordon formula for the calculation of the residual value. The output of the thesis is the recommendation of the estimating the investments and alternative practice for the calculation of the residual value. The thesis is also focused on evaluation of the sensitivity of the selected economic activities on the economic conjuncture taking into consideration that economic growth is considered as decisive when planning the future growth rate g of businesses and economic activities.
