Politika zaměstnanosti je velmi důležitou součástí hospodářské politiky státu. Kromě samotného poskytování dávek se především soustředí na aktivní boj s nezaměstnaností, tedy na pomoc uchazečům o zaměstnání s hledáním nového pracovního místa. Cílem bakalářské práce je komparativní analýza české, britské a německé politiky zaměstnanosti, především pak jejich nástrojů. Zahrnuta jsou také základní teoretická východiska politiky za-městnanosti a vývoj v jednotlivých státech. Na základě porovnání studovaných systémů je pro zlepšení stavu v České republice navrhnuto několik opatření. V oblasti pasivní politiky zaměstnanosti zavést povinnost aktivního hledání práce ze strany uchazeče o zaměstnání a sjednotit procenta základního výpočtu podpory v nezaměstnanosti do dvou sazeb, z nichž jedna je určena pro rodiče s dětmi. Pro oblast aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti je doporučeno zvýšit podporu vzdělávání zaměstnanců s nízkou kvalifikací ve všech odvětvích. Labor market policy is a very important part of government policy. In addition to the provision of unemployment benefits it is primarily focused on an active fight against unemployment, which helps the job seekers to find a job position. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is the comparative analysis of Czech, British and German labor market policy and its measures. Theoretical basis of labor market policy and the description of historical development in these three countries are given as well. Based on the comparison of the studied systems, improvement suggestions for the Czech labor market policy are proposed. Specifically, unification of the percentage calculation of unemployment benefits into two rates, with a special rate for parents, and the obligation of active job search are recommended concerning passive labor market policy. In the field of active labor market policy it is proposed to increase qualification of the low qualified employees in all sectors.
