Práce se zabývá rozdíly v altruismu v rámci rozdílné anonymity rozhodování. Hypotéza této práce říká, že lidské jednání je altruističtější, v případě, že není anonymní. Abychom tuto hypotézu prokázali, provedli jsme dvoukolový experiment (single blind a non-blind), postavený na experimentálním designu dictator game. Jako zkoumané subjekty zde vystupovali studenti pražského gymnázia Špitálská. Každý z diktátorů rozděloval peníze pro více než jednoho příjemce. V prvním kole experimentu (single blind) si diktátoři ponechali v průměru 29,1% částky, kterou rozdělovali. V případě druhého kola (non-blind) činila průměrná částka, kterou si diktátor ponechal 26,3% sumy, kterou měl diktátor k přerozdělení. Výsledky experimentu podporují hypotézu o vlivu anonymity na altruismus. Tedy, že altruismus roste s klesající mírou anonymity. Výsledky této práce však mohou být limitovány nedostatečnou velikostí vzorku. This paper deals with the differences of altruism in the frameworks of different anonymity of decision. The hypothesis of this paper claims that human behaviour is more altruistic in the case that it is not anonymous. In order to prove this hypothesis we carried out a two-round experiment (single blind and non-blind) based on an experimental design of dictator game. Students of Špitálská grammar school in Prague were used as the examined subjects. Each of the dictators had to divide money for more than one recipient. In the first round (single blind) the dictators kept for themselves 29,1% on average of the sum to be divided. In the second round (non-blind) they kept only 26,3%. The results of the experiment support the hypothesis of the influence of anonymous decisions on altruism. Which means that altruism increases along with the decreasing degree of anonymity. However, the results of this paper can be limited, because of the insufficient size of the examined sample.
