Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou významu pořádání městských běhů Runczech.com (Ústecký 1/2 maraton a Olomoucký 1/2 maraton) pro zvýšení ekonomického přínosu cestovního ruchu ve městech Olomouc a Ústí nad Labem a jejich regionech. V teoretické části se klade důraz na vysvětlení související problematiky jako je cestovní ruch, jeho ekonomický význam, vazba cestovního ruchu na regionální rozvoj a pořádání akcí a událostí. V praktické části jsou uvedeny socioekonomické analýzy obou regionů Ústí nad Labem a Olomouc a ekonomické dopady běhů v obou městech, analýza dotazníkového šetření zaměřená na obě města a vyhodnocení celkového dopadu běhů Runczech.com na ekonomiku celé republiky. Cílem práce je zhodnotit zdali má pořádání městských běhů pozitivní vliv na cestovní ruch a zvýšení ekonomického přínosu regionů. This Bachelor thesis analyzes the importance of organizing urban runs Runczech.com (Ústí nad Labem 1/2 Marathon and Olomouc 1/2 Marathon) to increase the economic benefits of tourism in the cities of Olomouc and Ústí nad Labem and their regions. In the theoretical part, the emphasis is put on the explanation of related issues such as tourism, its economic importance, the relation between tourism and regional development and the organization of activities and events. The practical part describes the socio-economic analysis of the two regions Ústí nad Labem and Olomouc. It also shows the economic impact of runs in both cities, a survey analysis and an evaluation of the Runczech.com runs overall impact on the economy of the Czech republic. The goal is to assess whether the organization of urban runs has a positive impact on tourism and whether it contributes to the economy of the whole region.
