Cílem bakalářské práce je provést marketingovou situační analýzu ve společnosti T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. a navrhnout vhodnou strategii. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětlené pojmy marketingu služeb a jednotlivé nástroje marketingové situační analýzy. V praktické části je situační analýza provedena s výsledným doporučením strategie. The aim of the presented bachelor thesis is to implement a marketing situation analysis at T Mobile Company, Czech Republic, and draft an appropriate strategy. The theoretical part explains basic concepts of marketing and various tools of marketing situation analysis. In the practical part there is carried out a situational analysis with final recommendations for a strategy.
