Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění privátní lékařské praxe praktického lékaře a vypracování projektu, který by umožnil tuto praxi v pětiletém horizontu co nejvýhodněji prodat. Pro účely ocenění bude zhodnocen stav a předpokládaný vývoj českého zdravotnictví, bude sestavena finanční analýza oceňované praxe a na základě těchto informací bude sestaven finanční plán a finální ocenění. Projekt prodeje praxe se bude zabývat kroky, které mají dopad na prodej z hlediska nákladnosti, rizika transakce, daňového hlediska, financování a způsobu prodeje. The aim of this thesis is to valuate private medical practice of general practitioner and develop a project that would enable selling this practice in a five-year horizon. For the purpose of valuation I will assess the state of and outlook of the Czech health care system, I will perform financial analysis of the company. Based on information from the financial and strategic analysis I will compile financial plan and final valuation. Project of the sale will address the steps that have an impact on sale in terms of cost, transaction risk, tax perspective, financing and methods of the sale.
