Cílem této bakalářské práce je podat komplexní pohled na vývoj nezaměstnanosti v Jihočeském kraji v letech 2008 - 2012 a vymezit základní trendy tohoto vývoje. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí. V úvodu je zmíněna struktura a cíl práce, v další části jsou vymezeny základní charakteristiky teorie nezaměstnanosti a trhu práce. Následuje analýza a popis vývoje nezaměstnanosti v Jihočeském kraji během sledovaného období. V závěru je uvedeno stručné shrnutí práce, nastínění možných příčin a důsledků a osobní pohled autora na danou situaci. The main goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is to give a complex view on the development of unemployment in the South Bohemian Region from 2008 to 2012 and specify basic trends of this development. The Bachelor's Thesis is divided into four main parts. In the introduction, there are mentioned the structure and the goal of the Thesis, the theoretical part is focused on basic characteristics of the theory of unemployment and labour market. The analysis and the description of development of unemployment in the South Bohemian Region during the observed period of time follows in the next part. In the conclusion, brief summary is presented, possible causes and consequences are outlined and finally, author's view on the situation is mentioned.
