Bakalářská práce ve své teoretické části popisuje základní pojmy, se kterými se setkáváme na trhu práce. Dále jsou vyjmenovány jednotlivé druhy nezaměstnanosti spolu s jejich podrobným vysvětlením. Blíže je také popsána základní charakteristika trhu práce. V praktické části je již teorie uvedena v realitu. Popsán je zde vývoj na trhu práce Moravskoslezského kraje, jeho charakteristika a aktivní politika nezaměstnanosti. Blíže je také ukázán a vysvětlen problém nezaměstnanosti tohoto kraje. Jako názorný příklad je použito město Vrbno pod Pradědem, které se v dnešní době potýká s vysokou nezaměstnaností. V závěru praktické části jsou navrhnuta možná řešení této problematiky jako např. rozvoj cestovního ruchu v kraji, rozšíření česko--polské spolupráce nebo využití dotací poskytnutých Českou republikou nebo Evropskou Unií. Bachelor thesis in the theoretical part describes the basic concepts encountered in the labor market. Furthermore, different types of unemployment together with a detailed explanation are named. The main characteristics of the labor market are also described. The theory is shown in reality in the practical part of the thesis. The development of the labor market in the Moravian-Silesian region, its characteristics and active policy of employment is also shown there. The problem of unemployment in this region is shown and explained in more detail in this part also. Vrbno pod Pradědem is used as an illustrative example. City, which is currently also struggling with high unemployment rates. In conclusion, the practical section proposes some solutions to this problem, such as development of tourism, extending Czech - Polish cooperation or the use of grants provided by the Czech Republic and the European Union.
