Bakalářská práce pojednává o historii vzniku Herecké asociace, významných datech a strategii její činnosti. Zabývá se také důvodem a okolnostmi, které vznik provázely. Mapuje podstatné milníky ve vývoji této organizace. Prostřednictvím finanční analýzy dává přehled o finanční situaci Herecké asociace v průběhu uplynulých let. Vlastním přínosem do dané problematiky je návrh marketingové strategie, který vychází z dotazníkového šetření, které je zaměřeno na současné povědomí široké veřejnosti o Cenách Thálie. Validita dotazníkového šetření je podložena statistickými daty o sledovanosti vyhlašovacího večera Cen Thálie, získanými z České televize. The Bachelor work considers history of origin of Actors' Association, about important dates and the strategy of its activity. It also deals with reason and circumstances accompaning the origin. It maps the essential milestones in the development of this organization. It offers the survay about financial situation of Actors' Association through the financial analysis during the last years. My oun fundamental contribution to this problem is the suggestion of marketing strategy following from questionare research. It is aimd to the temporary awareness of the wide public about Thalia awards. The validity of questionare research is based on the statistic date about monitoring awards ceremony of the Thalia awards, obtaind from Czech television.
