Tato práce se zaměřuje na význam apostily - právní doložky, která ověřuje pravost dokumentu - v současném světě. První část práce se věnuje výkladu Haagské úmluvy a vysvětlení okolností vedoucích k jejímu vzniku. Druhá část se věnuje fungování apostily dnes, a to z pohledu jednolivých aktérů. Ve třetí části jsou poté shrnuty názory jednotlivých aktérů na aspostilu a je zde zhodnocen její význam. This thesis focuses on the importance Apostille - a legal certificate that verifies the authenticity of the document - in today's world. The first part deals with the interpretation of the Hague Convention and explanation of the circumstances leading to its creation. The second part deals with the functioning of the Apostille today, from the perspective of the actors. The third part summarizes the views of the parties and also evaluates the importance of the Apostiille.
