Diplomová práce je zaměřena na účetnictví a výkaznictví obecně prospěšné společnosti v konkrétních podmínkách společnosti Člověk v tísni o.p.s. V práci jsou nejdříve charakterizovány obecně prospěšné společnosti, především pak jejich financování, hospodaření a specifika vedení účetnictví. Ve druhé části práce je ukázána problematika účetnictví a financování obecně prospěšné společnosti v konkrétních podmínkách společnosti Člověk v tísni o.p.s.. Blíže je popsána problematice účtování vlastních zdrojů obecně prospěšné společnosti, především zúčtování fondů k rozvahovému dni. Účetnictví společnosti Člověk v tísni o.p.s. je popsáno také z hlediska projektového účetnictví a specifik účtování na zahraniční misi. The thesis is focused on accounting and reporting public benefit corporation in specific conditions of the People in Need. The work first characterized public benefit corporation, especially their funding and accounting specifics. In the second part of the thesis is illustrated problems of accounting and funding of public benefit corporation in specific conditions of the People in Need. Further is work focused on settlement of funds in public benefit corporation. Accounting of People in Need is described also in terms of project accounting and accounting specifics on a foreign mission.
