Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje komparaci právních úprav, které v našem právním systému ovlivňují průběh dražeb. Jedná se o zákon o veřejných dražbách, exekuční řád, občanský soudní řád, občanský zákoník a daňový řád. Dále se zabývá problematikou rozlišení pojmů aukce a dražba, které jsou veřejností často vnímány jako synonyma, což způsobuje zmatek při následném praktickém využití. Tato práce přináší seznam nejdůležitějších rozdílů, které se dotýkají účastníků všech výše uvedených procesů. This bachelor's thesis is focused on comparison of different laws that affect auctions in our legal system, specifically on: Act on Public Auctions, Execution Procedure, Civil Procedure Code, Civil Code and Tax Code. It also handles the issue of finding the differences between specific concepts of law that define different types of auctions in our legal system. This thesis brings the most important differences between all legal processes mentioned.
