V této diplomové práci je zpracována analýza nezaměstnanosti v Moravskoslezském kraji z různých hledisek, jako je věková, vzdělanostní struktura, délka nezaměstnanosti, je zde srovnání s ostatními kraji ČR a analýza nabídky a poptávky práce v kraji. Důraz byl také kladen na aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti, která v kraji hraje klíčovou roli. Důležité bylo také porovnání ČR s evropskými zeměmi a zdůraznění čerpání z evropských fondů právě na aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti. Díky silnému průmyslovému zaměření je také zpracována analýza společnosti OKD a.s., jakožto významného zaměstnavatele, jeho vliv na zaměstnanost v celém regionu a případné dopady propuštění. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jakým směrem se má region vydat, kde jsou ukryté příležitosti pro uchazeče o zaměstnání, v jaké pozici je ve srovnání s ostatními kraji a jaký vliv má společnost OKD a.s. na region. This Master's thesis deals with the analysis of unemployment in the Moravian-Silesian region from various perspectives, such as age structure, educational structure, length of unemployment, there is also a comparison with other regions of the Czech Republic and analysis of labor supply and demand in the region. Emphasis was also placed on an active employment policy in the region that plays a key role. It was also important to Compaq Czech republic with other European countries and emphasizes the utilization of European funds on active employment policy. Due to the fact that region has strong industrial focus is also prepared an analysis of OKD company, as a major employer, its impact on employment in the region and the potential impacts of the layoffs. The aim of the study was to determine the direction in which the region should follow, where the hidden opportunities are for job seekers, in what position is in comparison with other regions and the influence of the company OKD company the region.
