Práce se zabývá hodnocením současné situace ve využití softwaru pro řízení projektů v českých firmách. První část je věnována obecným termínům řízení projektů a popisu tohoto oboru v teoretické rovině. Dále je na základě dvou druhů dotazníkového šetření (vlastní šetření, šetření společnosti Ernst and Young) zhodnoceno aktuální využití softwaru ve firmách. Následně jsou teoreticky srovnány základní vlastnosti nejvyužívanějších softwarů. Závěrem je vytvořen modelový projekt, na jehož základě je zkoumána práce v prostředích těchto programů. Z provedeného průzkumu vyplývá, že zatímco 89 % společností ve vybraných oborech využívá software pro řízení projektů (Ernst and Young), tak pokud rozšíříme průzkum na všechny obory podnikání, klesne využití softwaru na 44 % (vlastní šetření). Výsledky této práce umožňují zamyšlení nad nedostatkem propagace výhod projektového řízení v oborech, pro které není existenčně nezbytné tyto metody implementovat. This thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current situation in the use of software for project management in the czech companies. The first part deals with general terms of project management and the description of the field at the theoretical level. The thesis is based on two types of questionnaire surfy (self-research, research by Ernst an Young company) assessed the current using of software in companies. Subsequently, the theory compares basic features of widely used software. Finally there is created a model project under which is examined work in these programs. The conducted survey shows that while 89% of companies in selected industries use project management software (Ernst and Young), so if we extend the survey to all disciplines of business, software usage falls to 44% (own survey). The results of this study allows reflection on the lack of promotion of the benefits of project management in the fields in which there is not existentially necessary to implement these methods.
