Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na mezinárodní obchod se včelím medem a jeho význam pro Českou republiku. První kapitola se týká zejména včelího medu, jeho složení, získávání, ceny a dalších základních údajů. V druhé části je představen mezinárodní obchod s touto komoditou, tedy její produkce, vývoz, dovoz a ostatní ukazatele z globálního hlediska a především pak z hlediska České republiky. Poslední část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření, které se zabývá obchodem se včelím medem z pohledu včelích farem na českém i zahraničním trhu. This thesis is focused on the international trade of bee honey and its importance for the Czech Republic. The first chapter concerns the bee honey, in particular its composition, extraction, price and other basic data. In the second part is presented the international trade of this commodity, thus its production, export, import and other indicators from the global point of view, and especially from the standpoint of the Czech Republic. The last part is devoted to the investigation questionnaire, which deals with the trading of bee honey from the bee farms on the Czech and foreign market.
