Tato práce analyzuje reakce Ruské federace na rozšiřování NATO. První část práce se zabývá hlavními etapami rozšiřování a hodnotí důvody členských zemí pro vstup do NATO. Druhá část práce zkoumá reakce a pozici Ruské federace po rozpadu Sovětského svazu podle jednotlivých prezidentských období. Ve třetí části je cílem analyzovat současné přístupu Ruské federace k otázce rozšiřování NATO a naznačit možné scénáře vývoje vztahů mezi NATO a Ruskou federací. This work analyses reactions of the Russian Federation to NATO enlargement. The first part deals with the main stages of the expansion and evaluate reasons of member countries for entering NATO. The second part examine the reactions and position of the Russian Federation after the collapse of the Soviet Union by presidential term. The main aim of the third part is to analyse current approach of the Russian Federation on the issue of NATO enlargement and suggest possible scenarios for the development of relations between NATO and the Russian Federation.
