Cílem této práce je návrh a implementace webového informačního systému na zakázku pro výživovou poradnu. Tato práce je rozdělena do několika částí. První část se věnuje popisu a zhodnocení dostupných aplikací pro podporu výživových poraden s odůvodněním proč tyto aplikace poradně, pro kterou je systém vyvíjen, nevyhovují. Druhá část obsahuje analýzu a návrh vyvíjeného systému z hlediska vize, specifikace funkčních a nefunkčních požadavků, popisu případů užití, návrhu obrazovek a návrhu architektury pomocí konceptuálního datového schématu a schématu webových stránek. Tato část je psána dle upravené metodiky MMSP. Třetí část demonstruje implementaci systému ukázkami kódu v jazyce ASP.NET na třech vybraných webových stránkách. Stránky se zabývají obsluhou číselníků a vytvářením receptů. Přílohou práce je aktuální verze projektu vyvíjeného systému. The aim of this diploma thesis is the design and implementation of web based individual information system for nutritional counseling organizations. This work is divided into several parts. The first part is devoted to the description and evaluation of applications available to support nutrition counseling organizations with reasoning why these applications are not very viable option. The second part is devoted to the analysis and design of the system in terms of vision, specification of functional and non-functional requirements, description of use cases, screen designs and architecture design using conceptual data schema and sitemap. This section is written according to the modified methodology MMSP. The third section demonstrates the implementation of the system on code written in ASP.NET language for three selected webpages. These pages are about dealing with the list of values and creating food recipes. The current version of the information system is added as an attachment.
