Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku metodik implementace informačního systému v malé firmě. Cílem práce je vytvoření metodiky implementace informačního systému pro použití konzultanty firmy Iteron. Implementace firemního informačního systému je komplikovaný projekt. Podle průzkumů 60-80% těchto projektů končí neúspěchem. V teoretické části práce jsou identifikovány klíčové faktory úspěchu implementace. Dále jsou popsány existující metodiky velkých dodavatelů řešení IS a zkušenosti z případových studií. Následuje popis potřebných metod projektového řízení a podnikové analýzy. V praktické části je popsána metodika pro použití v naší firmě. The thesis focuses on methodology of information system implementation in a small company. The aim of this thesis is to develop methodology for implementation of information system that will be used by consultants of Iteron company. Implementation of business information system is a very complicated project. According to research, 60-80% of projects fail. In theoretical part, key success factors for implementation are identified. Existing methodologies from business cases and methodologies of established IS vendors are examined next. Theoretical part ends with description of necessary methods of project management and business analysis. Paper terminates with resulting methodology for implementa-tion for use in our company.
