Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím informací manažerského účetnictví pro motivaci a odměňování zaměstnanců. V první části jsou charakterizována specifika malých podniků, výhody a nevýhody zaměstnání v těchto podnikách. Dále jsou zde popsány nejznámější motivační teorie a jejich využití v praxi, metody používané pro odměňování a hodnocení zaměstnanců. Velká pozornost je v této části kladena na analýzu současného stavu jednotlivých oblastí ve společnosti BlueGhost.cz a zhodnocení silných a slabých míst. Na analýzu pak navazuje druhá část této práce, která obsahuje návrh možného zlepšení systému motivace a odměňování zkoumané společnosti, který by mohl zefektivnit pracovní postupy a chování zaměstnanců. This thesis deals with the usage of management accounting information for motivation and evaluation of empoyees. The first part describes specifics of small enterprises, advantages and disadvanteges of working in these types of enterprises. Additionally, there is discussed the most famous motivation theories and their application in practice, the methods used for employee compensation and evaluation. Great attention is given to the analysis of the current situation of described areas in the company BlueGhost.cz and assessment of the strengths and weaknesses. The analysis is followed by the second part of this thesis which contains a proposal for possible improvement of motivation and evaluation systems which could do work processes and employee behavior more efficient.
