Bakalářská práce se zabývá způsoby plnění povinného podílu zaměstnanců se zdravotním postižením vymezených platnou legislativou a problematikou jejich zaměstnávání. Pozornost je věnována firmám, které podnikají v IT sektoru. V úvodu práce je definován soubor lidí se zdravotním postižením. První kapitola bakalářské práce identifikuje a vymezuje veškeré legislativní požadavky, které se týkají zaměstnávání OZP obsažené v zákoně č. 435/2004 Sb., o zaměstnanosti. Dále je provedeno porovnání změn, které přinesla novela zákona v roce 2012 a komparace systému zaměstnávání OZP v ČR s vybranými zeměmi Evropské unie. Praktická část práce se zabývá způsoby plnění podílu zaměstnanců se zdravotním postižením v IT společnostech, identifikování případných problémů a zhodnocení přístupu zaměstnavatelů k zaměstnávání OZP. The bachelor's thesis deals with the ways of fulfilment of employees with disability identified with valid legislation and the issue of their employment. It is focused on companies operating in IT sector in the work. In introduction of thesis is defined set of disabled people. The first chapter of bachelor's thesis identifies and delimits all legislative requirements, which relate to employment of disabled people contained in Act no. 435/2007 Coll., on employment. Furthermore, the comparison of the changes is stated, which bring the amendment of the Act in 2012 and the comparison with system of employment disabled people in the Czech Republic to selected countries of the European Union. The practical part of thesis deals with method of fulfilment of employees with disabilities in IT companies, identification potential problems and evaluation the employers attitude to disabled people.
