Bakalářská práce s názvem Systém hodnocení zaměstnanců v organizaci se zaměřuje především na vytvoření formalizovaného postupu k přípravě a realizaci systému hodnocení ve společnosti UNIPETROL RPA, s. r. o. Cílem práce je identifikovat nedostatky relativně nově vytvořeného systému hodnocení a pokusit se navrhnout změny, které by tato slabá místa odstranily. První část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení relevantních teoretických principů, které jsou pak využity v analytické části práce. Ve druhé části práce je systém hodnocení podrobně analyzován a porovnán s teoretickými principy. V závěrečné části práce jsou navržena pozměňující opatření, která by měla odhalené nedostatky odstranit. Na základě navrhovaných změn je vytvořena směrnice k systému hodnocení, která bude sloužit jako metodický podklad pro všechny účastníky procesu hodnocení ve společnosti UNIPETROL RPA, s. r. o. The bachelor's thesis named system of performance appraisal in an organization is focused primarily on the creating of formalised process to prepare and implement the system of appraising in the UNIPETROL RPA, s. r. o. group. The goal of this thesis is to identify deficiencies in relatively newly created system of appraising and to try to come up with some changes, which could improve its weaknesses. The first part of the thesis is focused on the demarcation of relevant theoretical principles, which are thereafter used in the analytical part of the thesis. In the second part the system is analysed in detail and compared with the theoretical principles. In the final part there are designed amending steps, which are supposed to delete revealed deficiencies. In terms of the proposal changes is this guideline created for appraising system, which will make for as a methodical base for all participants of the process of appraising in the UNIPETROL RPA, s. r. o.
