Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se kombinované přepravy a její současné trendy a podporující projekty. Dále je zaměřena na evropskou strukturu dopravních sítí s důrazem na silniční a železniční přepravu. V druhé praktické části se autorka ve spolupráci se společností PELMI, s.r.o. zaměřuje na analýzu současné situace kombinované přepravy a cenové porovnání přímé silniční a kombinované přepravy námořních kontejnerů. Závěrem je vyhodnocení a definování podmínek, kdy se vyplatí/nevyplatí přesunout silniční přepravu námořních kontejnerů na kontinentální kombinovanou přepravu se zapojením železnice. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to combined transport and its current trends and supporting projects. It is focused on the structure of the European transport networks, with emphasis on road and rail transport. The practical part was developed in collaboration with the company PELMI, Ltd. and is focused on the analysis of the current situation of combined transport and price comparison of straight road and combined transport of containers. There is evaluation and definition of the conditions in which is advantageous / disadvantageous to move the containers road carriage to continental combined transport involving rail in conclusion.
