Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem vzniku nových států a zaměřuje se zejména na uznání nově vzniklých států. Uznání států není regulováno mezinárodním právem a závisí na rozhodnutí uznávajícího státu. Práce se nejprve věnuje teoretickému vymezení pojmu stát, vzniku státu a jeho uznání. Práce dále analyzuje vybrané případy nově vzniklých států, a to jak států všeobecně uznávaných, tak těch, jejichž státnost není všeobecně uznávána. Ve všech vybraných případech jsou identifikovány konkrétní faktory, které ovlivnily postoj států při uznání či neuznání daného státu. Jednotlivé identifikované faktory uznání jsou v závěrečné části práce zařazeny do tří širších skupin faktorů uznání a tyto skupiny jsou blíže popsány. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of creation of new states and focuses especially on recognition of newly created states. The recognition of new states is not regulated by international law and depends solely on the discretion of the recognizing state. The thesis firstly theoretically defines the concept of state, the creation of state and its recognition. Secondly, the thesis analyzes selected cases of both universally recognized and unrecognized new states. Thirdly, particular factors of recognition are identified in these analyzed cases. The identified factors that influenced the recognizing states' position are then divided into three main categories of factors and these groups are described in greater detail.
