Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá informační etikou a jejím dodržováním v online prostředí. První část předkládá stručnou historii vývoje etiky a představuje základní etické postoje. Druhá část práce je věnována dílčí oblasti etiky, kterou představuje informační etika, jež úzce souvisí s fenoménem dnešní doby, kterým je internet. Rovněž jsou zde popsány související etické kodexy a normy, dále platná legislativa v České republice a představeny jsou také všeobecné zásady informační etiky ve spojení s internetovým prostředím. Třetí část je zaměřena na praktickou rovinu, v rámci které je řešeno obecné chování lidí na internetu a popsány jsou problémy s ním spojené. Pozornost je přikládána oblasti elektronické korespondence, reklamy na internetu a řešeno je také téma sociálních sítí. V případě sociálních sítí byla provedena SWOT analýza pro detailní rozbor této problematiky a k vyvození konkrétních závěrů z dané oblasti. Závěrečnou část práce představuje vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, které bylo vytvořeno konkrétně pro tuto práci, a následně shrnutí dosažených závěrů z této práce s návrhem možných řešení ke zlepšení stávající situace. Příkladem závěrečného tvrzení je fakt, že by etická stránka věci neměla být společností opomíjena a současně s platnou legislativou České republiky by měla být pomocnou rukou při budování lepší společnosti a zlepšení chování nejen v oblasti internetu. This bachelor thesis is focused on information ethics and her compliance with the Internet. The first part shows a brief history of the development of ethics and ethical principles. The second part is devoted to information ethics that is linked to Internet, the phenomenon in today's world. This part also describes ethical codes and standards, attends to valid Czech legislation and general principles of information ethics in connection with the Internet. The third part is focused on practical level that is devoted to general behavior of the internet users (and problems or threats, which occur there). Furthermore, stress is laid on issue of electronic correspondence, online advertising or internet advertising and social networking sites. In the part of social networking sites, there is created a SWOT analysis to draw specific conclusions. In the final part, there is published survey, which was created specifically for this bachelor thesis with proposal of possible solutions to improve the current situation. An example of the final claim is that the ethical side of the issue should not be neglected by the society. The ethics (in connection with the legislation of the Czech Republic) should help to build a better society and improve the behavior not only on the Internet.
