Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním osoby samostatně výdělečně činné a zaměstnance. Tyto subjekty jsou porovnávány jak obecně tak i pomocí konkrétních výpočtů. Část práce se problematice věnuje z pohledu zaměstnavatele. V poslední kapitole je srovnán systém ČR se systémem Francie. This thesis compares employee with self-employed person. These entities are contrasted both in general as well as using concrete calculations. Part of the thesis discusses the subject from the employer's perspective. Last chapter compares tax system of Czech republic and France.
