[cze][eng] Tématem této diplomové práce je způsob zavádění Data Governance do společnosti. Velké organizace mají problémy při řízení a zpracování dat pro vytěžení informací vhodných pro rozhodování. Data Governance je nový směr v řízení společnosti, který adresuje tato bolavá místa a pomáhá organizacím nakládat se svými daty efektivně a transformovat je na podniková aktiva. Tato práce má teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce je rozebírán důvod vzniku disciplíny Data Governance, analýza zakotvení Data Governance ve světových metodikách, možnosti zaměření projektů a potenciální přínosy této disciplíny. Popisem přínosů má za cíl usnadnit pohled na důvody zavedení Data Governance a najít pro něj ospravedlnění a podporu v podobě byznys přínosů. Další důležitou částí této kapitoly je popis komponent Data Governance, které jsou přizpůsobitelnými stavebními bloky při realizaci projektu. V praktické části této práce je popsán postup zavádění projektu Data Governance. Cílem je definovat nutné artefakty, které musí vzniknout v rámci projektu zavádění Data Governance, nezávisle na užité metodice řízení projektů. Navržená artefakty vychází z popsaných metodik v teoretické části a "best practices" ze světové literatury. Tyto hlavní artefakty umožní následný projekt vhodně strukturovat, řídit a dovést k úspěšné implementaci nového systému řízení dat. Doručováním artefaktů v jednotlivých fázích projektu bude současně doručována přidaná hodnota. Každý projektový výstup má definovaný význam, kterým je přínosný pro projektový tým i organizaci. Hlavním přínosem této praktické části je snaha eliminovat problémové oblasti projektů zavádění Data Governance jako je vhodné sestavení projektového týmu, definice nutné součinnosti, získání podpory či definici výstupů projektu.Topic of this thesis is the Data Governance implementation in the large companies. These companies struggle during governing and managing data to get useful insights for the decision making. Data Governance is new approach to managing the companies which helps to solve the data management pain points and helps organizations to work with data effectively and without any problems. Data Governance helps to transform data into asset. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are discussed reasons for emerging Data Governance, analysis of approaches to Data Governance by world leading methodologies and possible focus of the Data Governance projects as well as its benefits. Important part of this theoretical part is Data Governance components definition. Implementation of the Data Governance is discussed in the practical part. The goal of the practical part is to describe required artifacts which should exist during the implementation. Described artifacts use the best practice from the existing literature. These deliverables will help to better structure, govern and successfully implement the Data Governance. Delivering these artifacts bring the value for the company. Each project deliverable has definitions of the importance for the project team and the company. Most important benefit of the practical part is aspiration to eliminate pain points during the Data Governance implementation as appropriate project team, cooperation definition, buy-in and deliverables.
