Lead chloride (PbCl.sub.2./sub.)and bromide (PbBr.sub.2./sub.) single crystals are materials with excellent acousto-optical and luminescent properties. The similar properties can be expected from the crystals prepared from Pb(Cl,Br).sub.2./sub. system Monokrystaly chloridu a bromidu olovnatého jsou látky s vynikajícími akusto-optickými a luminiscenčními vlastanostmi. Podobne vlastnosti lze očekávat i u směsných krystalů Pb(Cl,Br).sub.2./sub..
