[cze][eng] Trh práce paří mezi velmi sledovaná témata, proto je nezbytně nutné analyzovat jeho aktuální vývoj. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení aktuálního stavu pracovního trhu, zejména analýza průměrné hrubé měsíční mzdy respektive platu mezi roky 2012 a 2013 v České republice, hlavním městě Praha a v Libereckém kraji. Analýza průměrného hrubého měsíčního výdělku je členěna dle pohlaví, věku a dosaženého vzdělání zaměstnanců. V teoretické části budou vysvětleny některé základní pojmy, které se týkají trhu práce a následně budou prezentovány zdroje dat. Analytická část je zaměřena na zhodnocení vývoje průměrných výdělků. Na závěr bude proveden rozklad indexu proměnlivého složení, který slouží ke zhodnocení jednotlivých vlivu, které působí na průměrný hrubý měsíční výdělek.The labour market represents a high-profile issue and it is essential to analyze the current developments. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current state of the labour market and especially the analysis of the average gross monthly wage or salary between the years 2012 and 2013 in the Czech Republic, the capital city of Prague and Liberec Region. Analysis of the average gross monthly earnings is divided by gender, age and educational attainment of employees. The theoretical part will explain some basic concepts related to the labour market and it will subsequently be presented to the data source. The analytical part is focused on the evaluation of the development of average earnings. In the end will be used index of decomposition variable composition, which is used to evaluate the various influences that affect on average wages.
