Vzorky půd z rhizosféry obou druhů šídlatek (Isoëtes lacustris a I. echinospora) byly odebrány z jejich porostů v Černém a Plešném jezeru na Šumavě díky potápěčům C. Weilnera se spolupracovníky (1996, 1998) a M. Böhma (2002). Půdy byly analyzovány v chem. laboratoři Botanického ústavu AV ČR v Průhonicích. Výsledky ukazují na mírně zvyšující se obsahy většiny stanovení, pouze u K obsah v r. 2002 poklesl na 5,75 mg. kg-1 ve srovnání s rokem 1996, kdy bylo v porostu šídlatky ostnovýtrusné v Plešném jezeře zjištěno 116,25 mg. kg-1. Odběry a analýzy půd z porostů šídlatek budou opakovány v dalších letech. The bottom soil from the rhizosphere of both quillwort species (Isoëtes lacustris and I. echinospera) was sampled in the Plešné and Černé lakes in the Bohemian Forest by C. Weilner and his collaborators (1996, 1998) and by M. Böhm (2002), and analysed in the chemical laboratory of the Institute of Botany, Czech Academy of Sciences, Průhonice (see Tab. 1.). The results of chemical analyses from the three years are comparable with smoothly increasing values. Only the potassium concentrations decreased from 116.25 mg.kg-1in 1996 to 5.75 mg.kg-1 in 2002 in Plešné Lake. This decrease can be explained by greater flushing of the sediments from the cirque walls into the stands of Isoëtes echinospora, in 1996. From 2004 to 2006 the bottom soils from Isoëtes stands will be analysed twice per year, with more samples from the Isoëtes stands. Nutrients will also be assessed on the radient between the Isoëtes stands and the shores of both lakes.
