Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit motivaci zaměstnanců, kteří se přihlásili na dobrovolnické aktivity v rámci dobrovolnického programu podporovaného zaměstnavatelem. Praktická část a výzkum práce se orientuje na konkrétní společnost Hewlett-Packard a dobrovolnický program uvnitř této organizace. Výzkum byl proveden mezi zaměstnanci společnosti Hewlett-Packard. Teoretická číst této práce přiblíží dobrovolnictví, jeho formy, použitou terminologii, různé modely a perspektivy z pohledu odborné literatury. Dobrovolnictví se v této práci zkoumá z pohledu ekonomie, sociálně-psychologického či teorie her. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje struktuře a rozložení dobrovolníků v České republice podle věku, vzdělání či přístupu k náboženství. The aim of the graduation thesis is to elicit the motibation of volunteers in employer-supported volunteer program. Practical part of the thesis is oriented on employer-supported volunteer program in specific company Hewlett-Packard. Research information in thepractical part of the thesis was gathered from Hewlett-Packard employees. Theoretical part of the thesis describes volunteering, its types, terminology, models and perspectives. Volunteering is examined from view of ecomonics, social-psychology or game theory. In last part of theoretical part is described the structure of volunteers on Czech Republic by age, education or religion.
