Cílem práce je analýza dopadů volebního cyklu na vývoj příjmů a výdajů státního rozpočtu v České republice v letech 1993 -- 2013. V úvodu práce je popsán důvod zkoumání problematiky, stanovené výzkumné cíle a otázky. V teoretické části jsou uvedena východiska důležitá pro praktickou část. Tato část práce se zabývá vývojem příjmů a výdajů státního rozpočtu, deficitem a vlivem volebního cyklu na tento vývoj. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty všechny poznatky a zhodnoceny cíle stanovené na začátku práce. The aim of this Bachelor Degree thesis is to analyze the influence of electoral cycle on development of state budget revenues and expenditures between years 1993 and 2013. The introduction deals with set up goals and the reasoning behind them. The theoretical part focuses mostly on theoretical knowledge and data used in the following practical part. This part deals with development of state budget expenditures and revenues, moreover evolution of state budget deficit and how electoral cycle affects it all. In the end of this work is confirmed or refuted the theory of electoral cycle.
