Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací obchodní výkonnosti webu a vyhodnocením jejích výsledků. Představuje a porovnává možnosti optimalizace webu -- webovou analytiku, teplotní mapy, uživatelské testování a A/B testování. Praktickou část pak tvoří optimalizace webu Fakulty managementu včetně kvantifikace výsledků této optimalizace. This thesis deals with conversion rate optimization and evaluation of its results. Thesis introduces and compares conversion rate optimization options -- web analytics, heatmaps, user testing and A/B testing. The practical part consists conversion rate optimization of Faculty of Management website and quantification its results.
