Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá účinností Programu celoživotního učení v Evropské unii a především v České republice. Analýza se zaměřuje na období od roku 2007 do roku 2014. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní rysy vzdělávací politiky a je představen Program celoživotního učení Evropské unie, včetně cílů, které byly při jeho zavedení stanoveny. Analytická část se poté zabývá porovnáním cílených indikátorů v průběhu zkoumaných let. Vývoj se v jednotlivých zemích EU diametrálně liší. Většina odlišností je způsobena rozdílnými vzdělávacími systémy fungujícími v jednotlivých zemích a zásadním ovlivněním zkoumaných indikátorů vzdělávací, sociální a dalšími národními politikami. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit účinnost a efektivitu Programu celoživotního učení v zemích Evropské unie a v České republice, přičemž zásadní účinnost tohoto programu se nepodařilo prokázat. This bachelor thesis deals with efficiency of the Lifelong Learning Programme in the European Union and it pays special attention to the Czech Republic. The analysis is focused on a period of 2007-2014. The first part describes basic features of educational policy and also represents the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Union including the stated targets which are analysed in the other part for each year of its operation. The development of targeted indicators differs substantially across countries. The differences arise from different educational systems and the effects of the national policy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the Lifelong Learning Programme in countries of the European Union and in the Czech Republic.
