Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou a analýzou vývoje pojišťovnictví v Bělorusku a porovnáním s vybranými evropskými zeměmi. Nejprve je vymezena obecná charakteristika Běloruska z hlediska různých ukazatelů a také popsána právní platforma, na které je založen běloruský pojistný sektor. Poté je na základě těchto informací proveden rozbor běloruského pojistného trhu. V neposlední řadě je věnována velká pozornost existujícím problémům a způsobům jejich řešení pro další pozitivní rozvoj pojišťovnictví v Bělorusku. This final thesis deals with the characterization and analysis of the development of insurance industry in Belarus and comparison with selected European countries. First of all, thesis defines the general characteristics of Belarus in terms of different indicators and also describes the legal platform on which Belarusian insurance sector is based. Then, on the basis of this information an analysis of the Belarusian insurance market is done. Finally, a big attention is paid to existing problems and the ways of solving them for the further positive development of the insurance sector in Belarus.
