Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na účetní politiku společnosti Johnson&Johnson, s. r. o. Cílem práce je popsat základní rozdíly účetnictví a účetního výkaznictví mezi českými účetními předpisy a Mezinárodními standardy účetního výkaznictví. V práci je řešena především problematika vykazování rezerv, dlouhodobého majetku a jeho odpisování, leasingu a transakcí se spřízněnými stranami. Tyto oblasti jsou následně řešeny v závěrečné kapitole práce na základě účetní závěrky společnosti Johnson&Johnson, s. r. o. This bachelor thesis is focused on the accounting policy of the company Johnson&Johnson, Ltd. The main purpose of this thesis is to describe the fundamental differences in the accounting and financial reporting between Czech accounting standards and International Financial Reporting Standards. Above all, this thesis deals with the issue of reporting provisions, fixed assets and their depreciation, leasing and related party transactions. These topics are addressed later in the final chapter of the thesis based upon the financial statements of the Johnson&Johnson, Ltd. company.
