Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzování fiskální politiky Ruské federace, vysvětlení principů této politiky, vymezení specifik jejího fungování, cílů, nedostatků, hlavních instrumentů a nástrojů. V první části práce je teoreticky popsána daná problematika týkající se fiskální a rozpočtové politiky a daňové soustavy. V další části je provedené zhodnocení současného daňového systému a celkové daňové zátěže v Ruské federaci. Dále se rozebírá struktura příjmů a výdajů veřejných rozpočtů Ruské federace, a jejích vývoj v čase. Je zde zhodnocen státní dluh Ruské federace a provedená analýza jednotlivých státních opatření na modelu agregátní nabídky a agregátní poptávky. V závěru je celkové zhodnocení fiskální politiky Ruské federace a shrnutí provedené práce. The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyze the fiscal policy of the Russian Federation, explaining the principles of this policy, defining the specifics of the operation, targets, weaknesses, main instruments and tools. The first part is a theory describing the topic related to fiscal and budgetary policy and tax system. The next section is an assessment of the current tax system and the overall tax burden in the Russian Federation. Also is discussed the structure of state budget's revenues and expenditures of the Russian Federation, and its development over time. There is an analysis of state debt of the Russian Federation and conducted an analysis of individual state actions on the model of aggregate supply and aggregate demand. In conclusion is the overall assessment of the fiscal policy of the Russian Federation and a summary of the performed Bachelor's Thesis.
