Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit informační systémy ve společnosti Fincentrum a.s. Pozornost bude věnována zejména informačním systémům na bázi ERP a CRM, které firma aktuálně využívá. Hodnocení bude dosaženo na základě osobních zkušeností autora a dále dotazníkovou metodou určenou pro poradce a manažery společnosti. V teoretické části práce budou popsány informační systémy a přiblíženy aktuální trendy. V praktické části jsou rozebírány konkrétní IT nástroje společnosti a následné zhodnocení samotnými uživateli. Práce je určena všem, kteří se zajímají o aktuální dění na poli podnikových informačních systémů, zejména v oblasti nezávislého finančního poradenství. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate information systems in the company Fincentrum a.s. It will focus on information systems based on ERP and CRM, which the company currently uses. The evaluation will be made on the authors own experience with the system and with the help of questionnaire method designed for consultants and managers of the company. The theoretical part will be described in the information systems and approach the current trends. In the practical part focuses on a specific IT tools of the company and subsequent evaluation by the users. The work is intended for all who are interested in current events in the field of business information systems, especially in the area of independent financial advice services.
