Bakalářská práce na téma inteligentní formuláře ve státní správě, v úvodu poskytuje přehled témat vztahujících se k inteligentním formulářům, elektronickému podpisu a elektronickému vládnutí. Jsou zde vysvětleny teoretické principy zmíněných pojmů. Praktická část práce obsahuje analýzu řešení, které umožní využívat inteligentní formuláře na městském úřadě. Analýza se zaměřuje na rozšíření a zkvalitnění nabízených služeb pro řešení životních situací na městském úřadě za pomoci inteligentních formulářů. V závěru praktické části je celé řešení ohodnoceno, a to jak jeho uplatnění, tak i realizace. Hlavním přínosem této práce bude reálné demonstrování návrhu a tvorby vybraného řešení pro konkrétní instituci veřejné správy v ČR. In the beggining this bachelor thesis based on the intelligent forms in the state administration provides the summary of subjects related to intelligent forms, electronic signature and electronic governance. The theoretical principles of aforesaid terms are stated. The practical section of this work incorporates the analysis of solution that enables to use the intelligent forms in municipality. The analysis is oriented in the expansion and the quality improvement of provided services for resolution of living circumstances in municipal with the help of intelligent forms. In the conclusion of the practical sections the whole solution including the application and the realization is evaluated. The main asset of this work is the real demonstration of the layout and the formation of selected solution for the particular institution of state administration in the Czech Republic.
