Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech využití tabletů při studiu v rukou studentů, konkrétně ve vybraných povinných a volitelných předmětech oboru Aplikovaná informatika na Fakultě informatiky a statistiky Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. Práce obsahuje informace o tom, co je to tablet, jaké jsou druhy tabletů a operačních systémů na nich běžících, možném příslušenství a jejich obecných možnostech k využití při studiu. Součástí je také pojednání o současném stavu rozdělení trhu s tablety, zastoupení jednotlivých operačních systémů a uvedení možností tabletu ve školním prostředí a napojení na školní infrastrukturu. Hlavní část práce se zabývá důkladnou analýzou používaného softwaru ve vybraných předmětech oboru a následně nalezením vhodné alternativy, pokud existuje, kterou je možné spustit na jakémkoliv tabletu s jedním z uvedených operačních systémů - iOS, Android a Windows. Závěr práce vyhodnocuje použití tabletu při studiu vybraných předmětů oboru včetně doporučení ke změnám v určitých předmětech. Současně volí nejvhodnější operační systém pro studium vybraných předmětů. This bachelor's degree thesis describes the possibilities of using tablets by students in specifically selected compulsory and elective courses within the branch of study Applied Informatics at the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics, University of Economics, Prague. The thesis contains, inter alia, information about what's tablet, what are the types of tablets and operating systems running on them, what are the possible accessories and their general possibilities of use in the study. The current state of the division of the tablet market, representation of different operating systems and the possibility of including the tablet in the school environment and connection to school infrastructure are also described. The main part deals with a thorough analysis of the software used in the selected courses and focuses then on finding suitable alternatives, if any, which can be run on any tablet with one of operating systems - iOS, Android and Windows. In the conclusion, the use of tablets is evaluated vis-a-vis the study of selected courses within the branch of study Applied Informatics, including recommendations for changes in these courses. At the same time the best operating system for the study of selected subjects is recommended.
