Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Veřejnými výdaji na vzdělávání v ČR a hodnocením jejich efektivnosti. Je zde obsažena charakteristika fungování a financování jak regionálních, tak i vysokých škol, což poskytuje možnost globálního pohledu na celý systém vzdělávání v Čechách. V úvodu je popsán systém českého školství, dále se práce zabývá financování vzdělávání z veřejného rozpočtu a nakonec na základě zjištěných údajů analyzuje a hodnotí efektivnost výdajů na vzdělávání pomocí metody 3E- hospodárnosti, účelnosti a efektivnosti. The Bachelor thesis deals with public spending for education and evaluation of their effectiveness. It includes functioning characteristics and financing of regional schools and universities. It provides the possibility of a global view of the entire education system in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis describes system of education in the Czech Republic, the second part deals with education funding from the public budget. Finally based on collected data the thesis analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of spending on education by using methods 3E - economy, efficiency and effectiveness.
