Tématem bakalářské práce jsou Aukční výběrová řízení ve vybrané společnosti. Je zde zejména vysvětlena základní problematika aukcí a jejích typů. Dále se zabývá výhodami a nevýhodami jednotlivých druhů tohoto výběrového řízení a zvláštní pozornost je věnována popisu elektronických aukcí a nástrahám, které mohou nastat. V praktické části je téma aukcí objasněno na reálných příkladech z praxe. Cílem práce je ukázat, jak takové aukce probíhají a fungují od samotného začátku. Práce se také věnuje kritériím, která je nutné zvažovat proto, aby byla správně a co nejvhodněji zvolena metoda aukce a její forma. The Bachelor thesis deals with a topic of Auction Tenders in a chosen Company. There is mainly explained basic problematics of auction and its types. It concerns with advantages and disadvantages of particular types of this tenders and mainly it pays attention to description of electronic auction and its dangers which can occur. Practical part clarifies auction on the basis of real examples from the practice. The goal of the Bachelor thesis is to show how the auctions work and take place from the beginning. The thesis deals with criteria which is necessary to weigh in order to choose the most suitable auction methods and forms.
